In a recent open letter to Mary Meeker, our CEO, Raj Aggarwal, made it known that businesses are facing a mobile engagement crisis. Why? Because companies are failing to lead with data to properly understand and engage their mobile users, causing them to churn at alarming rates (75% of app users churn within 90 days).

To be fair, the vast amount of data and technology available to marketers is simply overwhelming. But those who have taken the first step by shrinking their digital strategy to mobile will tell you, it simply doesn’t work. Mobile is a whole new game.
